CNC/MACHINE TOOL ELECTRONIC REPAIR

In addition to the servo drives mentioned in the 'drives' category, certain machine tool servo drives, or axis controllers have their own dedicated interfaces.

Items such as the Siemens 611 digital, or the 611u can also be repaired and tested as can many of the Mitsubishi axis and spindle drives. Fanuc can also be handled and all axis drives are run with a matched motor, on a machine interface.

The machines HMI (screen/panel) can also be repaired and that's not forgetting the NC controller too!

Industry standards such as Siemens 840c/d, Fanuc 21i/18i and Mitsubishi Meldas are all functionally tested. All items, as standard have their electrolytic capacitors changed to ensure and extended trouble free life!
